1. What types of men's clothing and accessories does Zilton offer?

Zilton specializes in men's clothing and accessories, particularly beige chinos in different fits (regular and slim) made from high-quality fabrics with added stretch for comfort. We also offer men's belts in beige with camel brown leather finishes, featuring a metal buckle with the Zilton logo.

2. How long do I have to exchange or return my Zilton trousers?

You can exchange or return your Zilton trousers within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Can I exchange my Ziltons in the Zilton store?

Yes, you can simply exchange your Ziltons in the Zilton store in Ghent. Alternatively, you can also exchange them via the Zilton webshop by sending them back to us and placing a new order.

4. How can I return my Zilton trousers?

You have two options for returning your Zilton trousers:

a. At the Zilton store (free)

Bring the articles you want to return back to the Zilton store in Ghent. For more details, visit our Zilton store page.

b. At a drop-off point (free)

Put your trousers back in the original box and stick the new returns label on top of the old one. In Belgium, you can drop off your package at any Bpost parcel point or post office. For other countries, drop off your package at a parcel point or office of our local partner. If the return label is missing, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

5. What are the conditions for returning items to Zilton?

When returning items to Zilton, please take note of the following conditions:

  • Please return items within 30 days after receiving your parcel.
  • We cannot take responsibility for any packages that are not returned using our returns service.
  • Items should be returned in an unused and undamaged state.
  • Include the original tags and labels, which should be in perfect condition and attached to the item.
  • Include the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the initial order was paid for using a voucher, a new voucher will be issued when the item is returned.

6. What are the shipping options for Zilton orders?

We offer the following shipping options for Zilton orders:

  • Delivery at your home or other address via Bpost
  • Delivery in the Zilton store in Ghent
  • Delivery in a Bpost parcel point or locker (Belgium)

7. How can I track the delivery of my Zilton order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your order tracking number and a link to the Bpost website. You can track your order at any time using this service.

8. Can I have my Zilton order delivered to the Zilton store?

Yes, you can choose to have your Zilton order delivered to our Zilton store in Ghent, Belgium. Upon receipt of your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. Please visit the Zilton store within 10 days with your order confirmation, printed or on your smartphone.

9. Can I have my Zilton order delivered to a Bpost parcel point or locker?

Yes, you can choose to have your Zilton order shipped to a Bpost parcel point or locker of your choice in Belgium. Once your order is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email with all the necessary details. Your order will be available for a specific number of days depending on the location.

10. What countries does Zilton ship to and what are the shipping costs?

We are able to take payments from and deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Slovenia, Portugal, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, Ireland, and Bulgaria. The shipping cost is €4.99, and free delivery is available for orders over €175.
