We hope that your new Zilton trousers suit you perfectly, but if they don’t seem quite right for any reason, you can exchange or return them within 30 days of your reception of your order.


You can simply exchange your Ziltons in the Zilton store in Ghent, but if you prefer to exchange them via the Zilton webshop, just send them back to us and place a new order.


At the Zilton store (Free)

Bring the articles you want to return back to the Zilton store in Ghent. ​​​​​​​Our store team takes care of the rest.

At a drop-off point (Free)

Put your trousers back in the original box and stick the new returns label on top of the old one. Create your return label here.

In Belgium

You can drop off your package at any Bpost parcel point or post office in your neighbourhood or go to a Bpost parcel locker: scan the barcode on your package, put it in the locker and close the door. Find a Bpost point near you.

In other countries

You can drop off your package at a parcel point or office of our local partner. You'll find the partner mentioned on your return label. Create your return label here.


We ask you to take note of the following:

  • Please return items within 30 days after receiving your parcel.
  • Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for any packages that are not returned using our returns service.
  • Please only return items in unused and undamaged state.
  • Please return your items with the original tags and labels, which should be in perfect condition and attached to the item.
  • Please include the original, undamaged packaging.
  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. If the initial order was paid for using a voucher, a new voucher will be issued when the item is returned.
  • The federal government provides you with a withdrawal form to notify your revocation. We mention it for your information. You do not need to use this form for a return to Zilton.
